It was so relaxing to walk into the spa and be greeted by Charles. He was waiting for me to arrive and offered me refreshments in the gorgeous Parisian lounge. Kathy was such a lovely and kind person and she made my hands look beautiful for my upcoming trip. Her gentle massage and careful details brought back life to my hands.
